These terms govern your use of this website and our general dealings with Jiberish Labs LLC ("Jiberish Labs," "we," "us"). Any specific engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Acceptance

By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Our services

Jiberish Labs provides AI consulting and advisory, AI workshops and training, and software design and build services. Information on this site describes the packages available for purchase. The specific pages, features, priorities, and kickoff for a service engagement are agreed in writing. Additional work outside that scope requires a separate agreement.

Engagements, quotes, and payment

• Scoping. Discovery or scoping calls may be billed at our then-current rate. Where stated, scoping fees are credited toward a resulting build.
• Package prices. Published package prices apply to the stated package. Custom engagements are quoted separately. Prices are in USD; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Hosting, domains, AI subscriptions, and paid third-party tools are billed separately.
• Invoices. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due on receipt. Projects may require a deposit and milestone payments before work continues.
• Late or non-payment. We may pause or stop work and withhold delivery for overdue accounts.

Monthly services and cancellation

Full Website ($3,499.99/month) and Full Website + Application ($8,500/month) renew monthly from the purchase date. Kickoff and delivery milestones are agreed together; payment does not promise an immediate launch or completion of an unlimited application scope in one billing period.

Contact hello@jiberish.ai to request cancellation before your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, for monthly website services. Completed, paid-for deliverables remain yours after cancellation. Refund requests and any incomplete work are handled under the engagement agreement; contact us before purchasing if you need to clarify these details.

Embedded AI Partner

Embedded AI Partner costs $37,500, paid upfront for a three-month engagement. The engagement start date, priorities, and delivery milestones are agreed together. This purchase is a one-time payment covering those three months. Any follow-on work and billing are agreed separately.

Website delivery and support

The monthly website service includes premium design and animations, brand consistency, unlimited queued content requests completed one at a time, regular design refreshes, maintenance, and ongoing conversion, search, and answer-engine optimization. Priorities and refresh timing are agreed in the ongoing plan. Specific ranking or conversion gains are not guaranteed.

The $2,899.99 one-time website includes the premium website and basic support for 30 days after launch, covering questions and defects in the delivered work. Ongoing updates, design refreshes, and optimization require an ongoing service agreement.

Sprints and advisory

The GTM AI Sprint is $8,500 for two weeks of agreed work, with a day-30 adoption check. The start date is agreed together. A $200 advisory purchase covers one 60-minute working session, scheduled after purchase.

GTM AI Operating System

The $479.99 one-time purchase licenses the toolkit for internal use by one company. You may adapt the files for that company. Resale and external redistribution are not included. You retain use of downloaded files under this license; future updates are included while the product is maintained. AI accounts and other paid tools are separate.

Online access requires a verified payment and sign-in with the purchase email. A full refund removes online access for that purchase. A partial refund retains access. Contact hello@jiberish.ai for payment, access, or refund assistance. Buying or signing in to the toolkit does not enroll you in The Signal newsletter.

Intellectual property

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, final deliverables transfer to you upon full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as embedded in the deliverables. We may describe and display non-confidential aspects of completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Confidentiality

Each side will protect the other's non-public information shared in the course of an engagement and use it only to perform or receive the services. This doesn't apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, accurate information, and necessary approvals, and to ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us. Delays in these may affect timelines and cost.

Warranties and disclaimer

We perform services in a professional manner. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee specific business results, and AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before reliance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jiberish Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability arising from the site or an engagement will not exceed the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Jiberish Labs against claims arising from materials you provide or from your use of the deliverables in violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be updated.
