The brief

Stand up a real employee-recognition product — not a prototype — and prove it in the market. One person, two weeks for the build, then find customers.

• Full web application — the recognition product, designed and built end to end.

Go-to-market with AI

Once the product was live, I built AI-assisted outbound workflows to find and reach the right buyers. The point wasn't volume — it was relevance: the right message to the right person, faster than a team could do by hand.

Outcome

First revenue in 21 days. Team size: 1. Built solo on Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel.
