• Local credibility — clear context around Jared, the communities he serves, and his affiliation with Mansell Real Estate.
• Responsive conversion paths — practical ways to explore homes or start a conversation across desktop and mobile.

The live experience

The site connects brand, listings, and useful guidance without making visitors decode real-estate terminology. A buyer can move toward available homes, a seller can find relevant help, and either can reach Jared directly.
