The problem

The pattern is the same in every sales org I walk into: the team already "uses AI" — a few reps have a chat window open, someone bought licenses — but nothing is installed. Prospecting research is still manual, call prep still eats thirty minutes a meeting, follow-ups still lag, and the AI usage that exists is scattered, private, and impossible to coach. The tooling isn't the bottleneck. The last mile is.

What I install

The install is mapped to each team's real workflows, not a generic prompt pack. Across the three companies it covers:

The cadence

Weekly working sessions with the reps (real accounts, real deals — not demo data), office hours for whatever the team is stuck on, and new workflow rollouts as the models improve. Managers get their own loop: how to use AI outputs in coaching and pipeline reviews, because adoption dies when the manager never looks at the work.

On outcomes
